NW VIKINGS YOUTH FOOTBALL 2024
We are excited to kick off the 2024 NW Youth Football (NWYFA) season!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to high demand, all teams have waitlists. When you register all players will go on a waitlist, we will then move all previous players from waitlist to the correct team. Once that is complete, if there are any spots will fill the remaining spots from the waitlist. We prioritize returning players and early registrations.
For the 2024 Season we have the following Age Groups:
Flag, 8u, 10u, & 12u

Workouts and Camp fees are due at time of registration. 2024 fee to play will be invoiced once your child is officially on a team. Please remember everyone starts on a Waitlist. 2023 players, please register by April 14th to secure your spot.
Please have sizes, jersey numbers, height, and weight ready when you register.

We highly recommend signing up as early as possible to ensure your child has a spot to play. All teams are capped due to equipment availability.
2024 SEASON
Our season begins July 29 and wraps up in mid-November, although we often have post-season bowl games. Practices are 3-4 nights per week and games are played on Saturdays, mostly at high schools in the region.
NWGYFA CAMP
The annual football camp will take place from Sunday, July 21st through Thursday, July 25th from 6-8pm. Football camp this year will cost $75.
IMPORTANT DATES
Spring and Summer Workouts: Will run 5 weeks in spring and 5 weeks in summer
NWGYFA Camp: July 21-25 (6-8pm)
First Week of Practice: July 29th
Jamboree: August 24th
First Season Game: Saturday, September 7th
We will play 7 weeks then playoffs will be begin. Will post more information soon. (updated 7/7/2024)
DIVISIONS (Ages based on age as of Aug 1, 2024)
Flag – 5 & 6 years old
8u – 7 & 8 years old… max ball carrier eligible weight is 90 lbs
10u – 9 & 10 years old… max ball carrier eligible weight is 120 lbs
12u – 11 & 12 years old
