FIRST SCRIMMAGE:

Saturday, March 12th, specific times and team schedules TBD.

WEATHER POLICY:

Practices and Games may from time to time be canceled as a result of weather. Unfortunately, many times these decisions are made as close to the start time of the actual event as possible. We have to consider the safety of the players and the condition of the fields. Therefore, on days when the weather is questionable, it is best for you to REGULARLY CHECK YOUR EMAIL during the day and just before you leave for the event. We will do our best to get the communication out as early as we can if a cancellation is required. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL, ASSUME THE EVENT IS ON AS SCHEDULED.

ONGOING COMMUNICATION:

Head Coaches for your individual team will be the best source of ongoing communication. If they do not have the information, they will be best suited to point you to the appropriate person to adress your questions.

If you have additional questions, please email Lisa Maxon at Lisa@orya.org.
