Weather Policy
In general the Oak Ridge Colts will not cancel events
including clinics, camps, practices or games due to rain,
sleet, snow or cold weather. Events including clinics,
camps, practices and games may be canceled, postponed or
delayed due to lightening, hurricane, or extreme heat. If
one of these conditions arises the ORYA will follow
nationally recommended safety guidelines from Pop Warner
before the event is resumed. If the ORYA cancels, postpones
or delays an event an announcement will be emailed ASAP to
parents on the group distribution list and posted on our
website (could be delayed). It is therefore important that
if inclement weather situations arise that you check your
email prior to leaving for the event.
