Colts Cheerleading Camp Registration
Our camp is open to anyone that is interested in learning more about cheerleading and is open to elementary and middle school players ages 5 to 15. You do not have to cheer for the Oak Ridge Colts to attend this camp. Everyone is welcome!

Must be completed by July 1st if you want a T-Shirt.
Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form
New registration form that must be completed at registration.
Physical Fitness and Medical History Form
New physical form that but be completed prior to the first day of practice on July
31st. No participant may practice unless a physical form is on file.
Scholastic
Eligibility Form.
Home schooled children and participants with less than a 2.0 GPA must complete.
Team Gear Order Form
For ordering your team gear. Orders must be received by the specified dates on the form. No exceptions.
Volunteer Application Form
Must be completed all ORYA volunteers including board members, committee members, coaches and etc. You will not be able to volunteer unless this is completed and long with giving us a legible copy of your driver's license.
