Location - behind Oak Ridge Elementary
School.
Please congregate in front of the concession stand area when you
arrive.

Dates - July 21 through the 25, Monday
through Friday.
Start times - The opening night, we will start at 5:20pm, Tuesday
through Friday - we will start at 6:20.
End time - Each day's activities will conclude at 8:30pm.
We will conduct the camp on schedule,
whether it's raining, or snowing (not likely). In the case of lightning,
all activities will halt, and the participants will be moved off the
fields. We have a shelter with picnic benches, and two baseball dugouts
for those that their parents drop off, and leave for the duration of
each day's camp session.
Every attempt will be made for these
individuals to seek shelter in one of our Staff's vehicles, or vehicles
belonging to other parents of participants, until that participant's
parent returns to pick them up.
If you haven't paid, or registered for the
camp, you will be able to take care of this on Monday, the 21th. There
will be someone at the concession stand area to take care of collecting
your forms and payment.
What to bring:
Cleats
Shorts
Shirt
Your own sport's drink(s) - these may also be purchased at the
concession stand.
You may consider bringing a towel, to dry off during breaks.
