Friday May 2nd (6:15pm-8:00pm)– For Returning Players Only. Roster spots are protected for returning players only if they signup on this day.
Saturday May 3rd (8:00am-12:00pm)- For everyone on a first come first serve basis.

2008 Physical Fitness and Medical History
Form. Pop Warner will not accept any other form this season. Please note this is a new
document.
3. A "Certified" Birth Certificate. Photocopies NOT
acceptable. Also please keep in mind that the birth certificate will not be returned to you until your child ages out or leaves our
program.
4. A photocopy of end of year Report Card. The photocopy will not be returned.
a. Home School Eligibility
Form. Must be completed for all participants that are home schooled. Please note this is a new document.
b.Scholastic Eligibility
Form. Required for participants that have below a 2.0 GPA.

Cost of Registration:
The Oak Ridge Colts have one of the lowest Pop Warner registration costs in the area. It costs the ORYA approximately $250 per participant each season but we are able to keep our registration costs low due to our fundraising efforts. Registration costs cover league fees, insurance, field use, uniforms and equipment use.

*Players keep game jersey, practice pants and 1 mouth-piece. Other necessary equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, game pants & etc) are provided but should be returned at the end of the season.

Discounts and Financial Aid
1. Multiple Participants in a Family
a. Flag Football and Flag Cheerleader -$ 85 per additional child.
b. Tackle Football and Cheerleading - $110 per additional child.
2. Booster Club Members - $5.00 discount per child.
